HRIS Project Manager

Axiom are working with a leading Global Marketing organisation undergoing a major transformation programme. There is an immediate need for an HR Project Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities for data extraction from legacy HR systems
• Main point of contact for questions related to data translation and transformation into Workday HCM
• Lead data validation tasks within the HCM workstream
• Finalize design of outstanding configuration needs in HCM
• Develop UAT test scripts
• Point of contact for HCM defect tracking and resolution during UAT
• HCM lead for deployment readiness tasks
• Evaluate internal reporting requirements and measure against Workday delivered reports
• Lead requirements gathering for any custom reports
• Participate in Phase 2 design for Talent & Learning workstream
• Support communications, change and training workstreams as related to HCM
• Other duties and projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• 2+ years of Human Resources experience highly preferred
• Should be proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to work well in a team environment
• Good functional understanding of core HR business terminology, processes and practices
• Strong written and oral communication skill
• Demonstrated ability to plan, meet deadlines, and manage competing priorities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic work environment
