Interim Opex Financial Analyst

Based in Luton, Bedfordshire, our client is looking for an Interim Opex Financial Analyst to join their team for a period of 3 to 6 months.

This job would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified Accountant with a strong background in Opex and FP&A. This role plays a key part in the budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process as well as providing support with operating cost controls.

The role will be working closely with the Commercial Finance Manager to produce all management reporting for Board and Shareholder reporting.

Duties will include:

• Reviewing monthly operating expenditure to understand business performance & budgetary control
• Analysing a circa £80m Opex budget
• Produce and consolidate Group Reporting including Management Accounts, annual budget and quarterly forecasts
• Support the Commercial Finance Manager with all commercial revenue streams
• Support the preparation of management reporting for budgetary control and forecasting
• Exceptional stakeholder and communication skills across a diverse workforce
