Legal Contractor

Our client, a global business and well known brand has an exciting opportunity for a Commercial Lawyer based in either their London or Manchester office. This is initially a 2 year contract with the possibility of extension/ becoming permanent.
You will be confident in providing commercial legal advice to clients across all areas of the business.
Further responsibilities include:
* Drafting, reviewing, analysing, negotiating, amending and advising on a wide range of agreements and legal documents, including distribution, sponsorship, marketing, partnership, affiliate and many other types of agreements and standard terms and condition, as well as handling consumer complaints, reviewing marketing materials, conducting due diligence and legal research;
* Identifying and effectively managing and communicating legal risk;
* Proactively ensuring that management and business teams understand and comply with legal and regulatory requirements affecting the card payment and consumer businesses in EMEA; and
* Supporting internal governance and approval processes, including coordinating with Compliance, Risk, Finance and other internal stakeholders
