This leading US law firm, which has a strong international reputation for providing sophisticated tax advice, is now recruiting a junior tax solicitor at NQ+ for its well established and highly regarded London office.

Tax is very integral to the firm's active transactional practices, which encompass corporate, mergers and acquisitions, financing, funds and restructurings. The team handles all market standard tax structures and is also at the forefront of actively developing new tax efficient structures to account for recent or forthcoming tax law developments.

Suitable individuals will have a strong academic background and solid training from a reputable City practice which includes experience in international M&A (ideally with some restructuring and funds tax advice).

The firm is actively considering lawyers due to qualify in March 2019.
