Banking and Finance Solicitor

A leading international firm is now looking for a banking & finance solicitor to join its Hampshire based team.

The team, which spreads nationally, acts for clients including major banks, financial institutions and borrowers in the leisure, health care, retail and manufacturing sectors.

You will be working closely alongside a Chambers appraised Partner providing specialist advice, working on matters including bilateral and LMA based club transactions, asset, acquisition, project and property finance, restructurings and refinancing,

At least 2 years experience at a leading national or regional practice would be advantageous as you will be exposed to ultra high-net worth work for an impressive FTSE 250 client list.
