Finance Business Partner

Finance Business Partner job, based in West Sussex, paying up to £65k

Your new company
You will be working for a leading blue chip organisation based in West Sussex, reporting to the Head of Financial Management.

Your new role
You will be responsible for planning and preparation of budgeting and forecasting, reporting on consolidated global division results, collating and inputting into management information on a monthly basis, and providing insight into financial performance of the business. Additionally you will partner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and decision making support, and undertake focused improvement projects.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or ACA) with extensive financial management and business partnering experience. You will be comfortable working within a matrix environment and collaborating with business and finance teams across the organisation. You will possess advanced Excel skills as well as excellent communication skills.
