Finance Director

Goldhawk Associates are working in partnership with a highly successful, privately owned business based in Kent who are looking to recruit a Finance Director.

Working closely with the Managing Director this role requires someone with entrepreneurial flair and commercial awareness to assist with driving growth within the business. You will need to have a hands-on and detailed approach to running and controlling the company's finances and look for solutions to drive cost efficiencies.

You will be responsible for ensuring the financial systems are compliant and support current activities and future growth. Overseeing the preparation of the statutory accounts and the day to day cash flow requirements. Developing and monitoring corporate budgets, contributing to the development of the company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision making where required.

The successful candidate will be a Qualified Accountant who can deputise for the Managing Director in their absence, possess excellent interpersonal skills to work at all levels and build relationships with key suppliers and customers.
