SUNY Broome Community College is a comprehensive community college located in the scenic Southern Tier of New York, the college has approximately 10,000 students annually, and serves over 4,000 full-time and nearly 3,000 part-time students per semester in Liberal Arts, Business & Public Services, Health Sciences, and STEM, programs. An additional 10,000 students are served through the college's community education and non-credit programs. SUNY Broome Community College, located in the Southern Tier of New York State, seeks a visionary with strong leadership skills and experience in advancing an academic community. The candidate of choice will demonstrate both commitment and ability to lead in an environment dedicated to the core values of inquiry, respect, integrity, trust, and equity. The position will commence on or about July 1, 2019 depending on availability. Master's degree required with strong preference given for an earned doctorate in an academic discipline or a related discipline offered by a College of Higher Education Administration. At least five years of progressively responsible senior administration experience in higher education required, preferably in community college. Teaching experience in higher education isrequired.
