My client a Top 200 Law firm based in Central London are currently recruiting for a Real Estate Solicitor to join their Chambers and Partners ranked Commercial Property team.
You will undertake a varied and high quality work load including: landlord & tenant, acquisitions and disposals; the acquisition of sites for commercial, industrial, residential and mixed use; the grant, renewal and termination of leases and related matters; acquisition and development of sites; joint venture agreements, conditional sale and purchase contracts, auctions and options
As a successful candidate you will have a minimum of 2 years PQE within a well regarded commercial property team. You will also have good commercial awareness and good business development skills.
Good academics are essential with a minimum of a 2:1 required to apply
