Project Finance Lawyer

LAW Absolute is working with a silver circle city practice to join them ASAP on an interim basis for at least 6 months. The role sits within the firm's project finance practice. The firm's client portfolio includes corporations within energy, infrastructure, oil and gas sectors. You will have demonstrable project finance experience in these areas and be able to assist effectively in the team. Your day to day role will include;

• Advising a range of corporations operating in the energy, resource and infrastructure sectors, as well as many global financial institutions on financing transactions at a high level
• Involved in project finance transactions for both borrowers and lenders, structures and asset financing and in large scale infrastructure and resources financing and renewables financing
• Leading and negotiating transactions within project finance
