A Top 100 firm are looking for an experienced Construction Solicitor to join their expanding Construction team based in London. This team are rated highly on the Legal 500 firm and are rated by Chambers and Partners.
The role will involve you handling high quality, non contentious construction work.
You must have experience of procurement and contracting strategies, funding and financing agreements, contract tendering, frameworks and security documentation, including advance payment bonds, is essential.
You will also be required to work closely with the other solicitors in the team on maintaining and developing the firm's client relationships.
The ideal candidate will be NQ - 2 PQE and have trained and worked at either a well respected City firm or Legal 500 in the regions.
