The successful Corporate & Commercial Lawyer will join a progressive modern law practice, that offers a supportive working environment and genuine progression opportunities.

The firm in question has embarked on a mission to develop their Corporate & Commercial offering to capitalise on a strong existing client base. Working closely alongside a high performing team you will manage and grown the department, with a full case load of varied company commercial transactions.

The ideal candidate will be very knowledgeable and have experience of corporate and commercial law, as well as managing junior members of staff. An ability to adopt a client-centred focus at all times, whilst taking responsibility for the level of client service you provide.
