My client, a leading UK law firm, are seeing a senior associate for their corporate team in the Reading office.

You will join a firm with a network of offices in, working together as one national team. You will work in an award winning national corporate team, led by partners widely regarded as leaders in their field.

The team advise companies, management teams, investors and debt providers through the business life cycle, from start-up and first round finance through M&A, management transactions, venture and development funding, restructuring, capital reductions, private equity funding and exits.

You should be a senior associate with exceptional general corporate experience, ideally with some exposure to private equity or venture capital work (though not essential), and solid business development skills. The successful candidate will have trained with a leading city, national or regional firm and be eager to make their mark in a friendly, collegiate and award winning team.
