A well established law firm in Yorkshire are urgently looking for a plot sales fee earner to join a busy team for an initial 3 months with a good competitive pay.

The plot sales team are looking for an experienced locum to join them on an ongoing basis to deal with a range of plot sale matters from inception to post completion. You will also be picking up general residential conveyancing matters including land registry, part exchange and help to buy.

You must be experienced in dealing with a high caseload of plot sales and a range of case management systems. It is essential that the plot sales fee earner can come in and hit the ground running and work autonomously in a team.
