An outstanding opportunity to join a market leading Private Equity Fund that supports entrepreneurs in realising their growth ambitions with a buy and build strategy (typical EBITDA bracket of £3 million to £10 million).
Candidates need to have an entrepreneurial spark about them, possess an excellent academic record and have a full appreciation and hands on experience of the various stages of the deal process from origination through management and execution. The ideal candidate profile will be an experienced M&A Manager or junior Assistant Director from a Big 4 advisory firm or the equivalent in an investment bank or top tier boutique or those already in Private Equity at the Associate / Manager grade looking to better their PE career. In return, the appointed person will receive a market leading base salary plus immediate participation in the fund's carry scheme.
