Our client is an a small but successful Corporate Finance House and Investment firm that is working in a niche sector in the market that is seeing an incredible period of growth.  They are now looking for a bright and entrepreneurial Corporate Finance Executive or Manager to assist in this growth.

They are looking for dynamic Chartered Accountants at a newly qualified level up to individuals with a few years post qualified experience in a deals environment, who are looking to continue their career within Corporate Finance in Birmingham.  You will play a key role with a variety of different lead advisory transactions, including MBOs, MBIs, acquisitions, disposals, and general strategic advice.

The Corporate Finance Executive/Manager will also get involved in the Investment arm within the firm with work such as in assessing business plans and potential investment opportunities and preparing investment committee proposals. This makes it a very different and exciting opportunity in the Midlands market.

The successful candidates will have an exceptional academic background, will have trained ACA within a large firm and will be a confident communicator.  At an Executive level you will ideally have had some exposure to a commercial area such as Corporate Finance, Transaction Services or Corporate Restructuring, although this is not essential.  Obviously at Manager level you will have a proven track record of working in Corporate Finance or another Deals environment.
