Description
Reporting into the Head of Legal the commercial lawyer will be responsible for advising the business on a range of commercial legal matters.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a qualified lawyer with a broad commercial skill set. The role requires significant flexibility and covers everything from providing detailed regulatory and legal advice on product launches to the structuring and drafting of distribution deals, outsourcing arrangements and customer documentation.
