Responsibilities of your new role
The successful applicant will take on a broad contentious construction law role, providing guidance on arbitration, mediation, dispute resolution and litigation assistance to a range of clients. You will enjoy a high level of client contact, providing legal advice to:
- Contractors;
- Surveyors;
- Developers;
- Engineers;
- Architects;
- Investors; and
- Insurance companies
Required qualifications, skills and experience
The successful construction disputes lawyer will demonstrate:
- A strong academic record;
- Ambitious and personable with the ability to build strong client relationships;
- Solid dispute resolution experience;
- Sound knowledge of construction law; and
- Full qualification and 2-5 years of PQE with a leading UK or International firm.
