Rate: £40-45 per hour
Our client are urgently seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join them as soon as possible on an ongoing locum basis. The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be able to handle a full Commercial Property caseload and have experience and knowledge dealing with matters including:
- Landlord and Tenant
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Outside lenders and joint ventures
The Commercial Property Solicitor will be available to start with our client as a locum as soon as possible for an ongoing contract in the heart of Surrey. Applications will be considered from candidates who are qualified Commercial Property Solicitors or candidates with a strong Commercial Property background.
