A Residential Conveyancer is wanted to for an outstanding opportunity with a leading top 100 law firm, based in their London office. In the heart of the City, this role will suit an aspiring lawyer who is looking to join a strong and stable firm offering a high quality client base and supportive working environment. My client is a leading top 100 law firm and has national recognition for a sector focused approach, which means that the firm focuses skill, energy and expertise in understanding clients in the sectors. The successful candidate will be joining an expanding team of dedicated Residential Conveyancers managing a high quality case load. Those with experience in dealing with High Net Worth individuals and high value Conveyancing are welcomed to apply.

The Residential Conveyancer will have the skills required to work alongside the team as well as work on their own accord, and candidates that are able to deal with existing established clients as well as have the skills required to generate new business from existing intermediaries, will be at an advantage.

The ability to demonstrate good working knowledge, commercial awareness and a proactive approach are ideal for this role. Candidates will be qualified Solicitors and must have 2 - 4 years PQE. Ideally the Residential Conveyancer will have trained with a City or other recognised firm, but those that have trained in a top regional will also be considered. Applicants who are more senior are advised to apply as the role will also suit a very experienced professional.
