Commercial Property Partner

I am currently recruiting for a multi serviced law firm that is based in Edgeware, London. Due to growth they are looking for an experienced Senior Associate or Partner to join them on a permanent basis. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and background which includes a bonus and benefits package.

Our client is a small boutique firm in Edgeware that hold a strong reputation within their Real Estate team. They are an expanding firm with an excellent client base which enable the right individual to progress within the department.

The successful candidate will be a Senior or Partner within Commercial Property that has worked within a reputable firm. Ideally you will be a successful business developer and able to cover many clients managing a busy case load. This role will require the Commercial Property Solicitor to cover a full range of work which may include but may not be limited to; landlord & tenant, secured lending, commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals. Candidates with a following would hold an advantage on this role however, it is not essential in securing the position.
