This Top 100 firm are looking for a Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join a leading UK law firm which provides high quality legal advice for clients ranging from private individuals to multi-national corporations and financial institutions. They have experienced significant growth in the last 24 months with the hire of several Partners and are now looking for a Commercial Disputes Solicitor.

The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial Disputes Solicitor into their office in the heart of Oxford.

The Dispute Resolution team have extensive experience in the Dispute Resolution sector and aim to formulate a tailored strategy to avoid disputes in the first place but resolve them quickly when they do arise. The team often deal with major cross-jurisdictional disputes and judicial review cases along with successfully mediating cases that often look like they will have no endpoint with a strong success rate in litigation but also using ADR methods.

The clients range from multi-national companies to trade unions and financial institutions but recently have focussed more on more on working on international cases with other firms and this is shown in the recognition their staff are getting for their work.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Associate with 5+ years PQE to join this Top 100 firm as a Dispute Resolution specialist.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Dispute Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• Post-qualification experience in Commercial Disputes will be an advantage
• You will receive excellent training and supervision
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent technical knowledge
• Enthusiasm to be involved in business development activities for the department
