Commercial Contracts lawyer - Technology

A top City law firm currently has a requirement for a Commercial Contracts Lawyer to join their TMT with a global presence.

The firm are looking for an individual with experience of handling commercial contracts, non-contentious IP matters and outsourcing agreements. You will be joining a global and dynamic team that focuses on a technology and telecommunications client base. Experience of data protection and/or e-commerce work would also be advantageous.

The firm ideally looking to recruit a lawyer with 2-7 years PQE who has high quality City experience of working in commercial contracts ideally within Tech / Telecoms.
