SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL - ASSET MANAGEMENT - LONDON

A leading global Asset Management business is looking to recruit an experienced Irish funds or regulatory lawyer to join their team based in the West End.

The business is a well recognised asset manager with an excellent company culture and is made up of equally knowledgeable, passionate and friendly people. The culture is very much geared towards empowering individuals to make decisions and implement change as well as offering opportunities for progression and development.

This position is for an experienced regulatory or funds lawyer, ideally with specific Irish funds experience, but who is looking for a varied Senior Legal Counsel role reporting directly into the Head of Legal.
This Senior Legal Counsel opportunity will give you exposure to a wide range of work including; funds specific, regulatory, trading documents and commercial contracts across a number of different jurisdictions.

For this role it is essential that you are a qualified solicitor with ideally 6-10 years PQE and have experience with funds/asset management/investment products, ideally Irish funds.
