The Private Client Department within a top-tier London based law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Tax and Trust Solicitor!!
The successful applicant will work closely with Partners within the department and will provide advice to both resident and non-resident individuals and trustees in relation to UK tax laws.
Your previous experience should include pre-immigration and emigration planning; Family governance; Tax efficient asset structuring and Trust distribution strategies, as well as providing advise on - and preparation of - Wills and trust documentation so a thorough knowledge of Capital Taxes, Tax, Trust and Private Client law is essential.
You should be STEP and (or) CTA qualified, have 4-6 years PQE and show a keen interest in mentoring and supervising junior members of the team.
