Solicitor with experience gained within a City Law Firm to join well established Corporate Team !!

We're looking to speak to newly qualified Corporate Solicitors who have qualified and gained experience through Legal 500 rated City Law firms.

As the successful candidate, you'll have the opportunity to work with collagues on a full range of Corporate transactions. While the bulk of the work will be transactional, some knowledge and experience of commercial law will prove to be beneficial. The position requires you to be able to work independently, under minimal supervision.

You should want to manage a varied case load while being flexible to changing demands and be interested in keeping up to date with changes in legislation and market developments.
