Description

As a Corporate Solicitor you will join the Southampton office and work on a varied workload including M&A, joint ventures, management buyouts/buy-ins and shareholder agreements.

Profile

You will be between NQ-5 years qualified, with relevant corporate legal experience gained at a large regional, national or city firm.

Those with a mixed corporate and commercial background will also be considered.

For those joining as a NQ Corporate Solicitor, you must have undertaken at least one seat in a corporate/commercial team.

They are seeking a well rounded lawyer in respect of client service, business development and technical ability, appropriate to your level of qualification.
