HEAD OF LEGAL, INDUSTRIAL MANUFACTURING, RIYADH

CLIENT: Our client is a large and diversified industrial manufacturing company, who require a new Head of Legal to handle their operations across KSA.

ROLE: You will take on the role of both Head of Legal and Board Secretary, providing counsel to a senior management team, board and C-suite. You will require excellent management skills, a strong business acumen, and handle a wide range of work covering disputes, commercial contracts, compliance and governance, corporate, licensing and external counsel management.

CANDIDATE: There are some key criteria for the role:

- Fully bi-lingual Arabic and English is essential
- 8+ years of post-qualified experience
- A broad spread of work across general corporate and commercial matters
- Based in Riyadh
