The Home Builders Federation is the representative body for house builders in England & Wales. HBF's members build over 80% of the new homes built in England & Wales.
The HBF are now seeking to recruit seeking to recruit a Finance Director to replace the current FD who is retiring.
Reporting directly to the Executive Chairman they are seeking to recruit a commercially astute Finance Director who will play a key role in shaping future strategy and work closely with other members of the policy team on a range of issues.
The Finance Director position offers a competitive salary based on experience, contributions into a personal pension plan, an excellent working environment as well as a company Car allowance.
The Finance Director appointed will be a qualified accountant with experience of operating as member of senior management team in both large and small companies who is a member of an appropriate professional body.
the Finance Director will possess excellent communication skills and experience of providing effective interface between management and the Board on financial matters. They will be committed with a hands on approach, good IT skills and familiarity with accounting and other IT software.
