Experienced Commercial Litigation role with leading national firm in Birmingham

The firm

BCL Legal is delighted to be assisting with the recruitment of an experienced commercial litigation solicitor for the Birmingham offices of a highly regarded national firm.
The team are widely recognised for the strength and depth of their experience and work for a great mix of commercial clients across a range of sectors both in the UK and overseas.

The role

As an experienced member of this busy and flourishing commercial litigation team you can expect to work on challenging and interesting disputes from day one to include:

* Corporate and commercial disputes
* Contract disputes
* Professional negligence
* Directors duties
* Trust disputes
* Insolvency litigation
* Pensions disputes

In addition you will play an active role in the development of strong client relationships and work closely with colleagues across the Birmingham office to deliver joined up advice.

The candidate

Applications are sought from 4+ PQE commercial litigation solicitors with strong experience gained at a commercial law firm. Candidates should enjoy working on a varied case load and be able to demonstrate excellent technical knowledge, the ability to develop strong client relationships, pragmatism, tenacity and enthusiasm for their work.
