Corporate Associate, 4+ PQE, Edinburgh

Exceptional opportunity for an Associate level lawyer to join the Corporate team of a leading international law firm- this role will be based in the firm's Edinburgh offices. 

Overview:

• The Scottish Corporate team advises clients on a full range of corporate related matters including Scottish, UK and international transactions.
• Clients include start-ups, high growth companies, owner-managed businesses, major corporates, private equity houses and financial institutions.  
• The team is part of a wider UK and European team and frequently acts on international deals.

Role Profile:  

You will advise on Scottish, UK and cross border transactions including acquisitions and disposals, private equity and venture capital, joint ventures, group reorganisations and general corporate/commercial work. 

Candidate Requirements:

• Motivated, open individual who will thrive in an environment where 'excellence, innovation and going that extra mile are the norm'.
• Candidates should also have a demonstrable background in transactional corporate law with experience gained in practice or in-house.
