In House - Corporate Lawyer - 4+ pqe Accountancy Practice - London
Our client is a 'Big4' accountancy practice with a thriving legal business network in growth mode. They are looking to develop their alternative legal services offering with the appointment of an enthusiastic corporate lawyer with experience in M&A to join its legal due diligence team based in London.
The role is dedicated to legal due diligence work and requires quality experience of leading buy-side and sell-side projects as well as broader M&A/company law work and corporate reorganisation projects. The Corporate team generally focuses on corporate and business structuring projects including intra-group and multi-territory reorganisation projects as well as all M&A and private equity work. The team often works with tax and corporate finance teams too.
Their clients include numerous household name multinationals and listed groups as well privately owned companies, high net worth individuals, start-ups, fast growth companies and inbound groups. They have a particularly strong reputation with the leading private equity houses.
You will have 4+ years’ experience of corporate work and a genuine interest in working in a variety of corporate areas. . You will have the ability to confidently advise corporate and private equity clients on a broad range of legal issues arising from the legal due diligence review across a variety of industries as well as an ability to engage in business development and networking is a bonus.
