Junior Commercial Counsel

I am currently working with a global financial services organization who are seeking to add a Junior legal counsel to their growing team In Redhill.

This is an ideal role for a candidate looking to progress their career into a senior strategic position whilst still maintaining their day to day legal responsibilities.

The role will be responsible for;

• Provide support to the negotiation/drafting/amending of contracts with new clients
• Providing commercial legal support on all legal matters including regulatory issues
• Assisting on new compliance transformation projects within the business
• Assisting on GDPR & IDD matters where necessary

The ideal candidate for this role will have/be;

• A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years' PQE
• Experience of Financial/professional services
