Top regional firm are looking to expand their commercial property team. Ideally you will be at least 2 years pqe or more and have previous experience of managing a case load which includes some of: sales and purchases of freeholds and leaseholds, licence matters, grants and taking of leases, general management work and acquisitions and disposal of large commercial premises.
