Tax Litigation Assocaites 1+ and 4+PQE - International Firm

My Client is looking for two Solicitors, at the Associate and Senior Associate level.

The Tax Disputes team itself is ranked among the best in the UK with the cases which the work on helping to shape and change legal precedent.

Description

The role offers a broad range of work involving both contentious and non-contentious tax work. You will act for a variety of clients which includes PLCs, international investors and public sector bodies. Your primary duty will be to advise clients in such a way as to avoid disputes with the HMRC. When such disputes are unavoidable then you will be expected to identify and implement the best remedy for a favourable outcome whether this be tribunal procedure or an alternate route.

Profile

The successful candidate will have experience of contentious Tax matters gained with a leading regional or City law firm. They will have knowledge of both direct and indirect tax issue

The successful Associate will have at least one year of post-qualification experience.
The successful Senior Associate will have at least four years post-qualification experience.
