Description

Responsibilities of the role will include:

• Providing legal guidance to the commercial managers of the
• Commercial negotiations.
• Drafting, reviewing and advising on commercial contracts
• Administering the provision of services for the establishment of branch entities across EMEA
• Reporting to finance, marketing and sales teams on the status of contracts
• Company secretarial services
• Managing external legal services providers across EMEA

Profile

Suitable candidates will have the following skills & experience:

• 3+ years post qualification experience
• Demonstrable experience in drafting and negotiation commercial contracts.
• Experience of the consumer / FMCG sector would be beneficial.
• Experience of operating in-house would be beneficial
• Commercial awareness
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
