THE FIRM:
Our client is an established chartered accountancy firm based in the City of London.
THE ROLE:
The Legal Team is now actively seeking to recruit an employee share incentive specialist lawyer.
The role will include the provision of advice on share options plans as well as support on corporate and commercial legal requirements for the firm's SME clients.
This is a growing area for the firm and the as the role is standalone, will provide an opportunity for the successful candidate to make their mark by further developing the specialism.
ABOUT YOU:
The firm will consider candidates with at least 3 years+ PQE specialising in Employee Incentive Schemes and Share Option Plans gained within a leading City, London or national law firm.
You will have an excellent academic record and strong communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with sound technical drafting and analytical skills.
Your experience will include a solid understanding of Employee Incentive Schemes and Share Option Plans, knowledge of growth shares, EBTs and JSOPs are essential.
