Residential Development Role

A very well established national firm with a highly regarded and very experienced Commercial Property team is looking to add a development lawyer to their thriving team.

This role forms part of the succession planning requirements for the team and also to cope with a continued increase in work as a whole. There is a broad range of work in the property team with more recent projects including the redevelopment of buildings based nationally as well as more locally sourced work with a range of clients covering housing associations, charities and local authorities.

Some experience of residential development work would prove to be very useful in addition to your expertise in the commercial sector. In general you should be an accomplished individual, client focused, approachable, enjoy working as part of a team where everyone is focused and keen to business develop in order to contribute to the ongoing success of this team. Working with the exsiting fee earners you will enjoy plenty of client contact and have autnonomy in your role giving you a genuine career path to further seniority within the firm.
