We're working with a leading financial services organisation that is looking for an approximately 2-4 PQE commercial contracts solicitor with a strong background in commercial contracts.

Our client is an international Financial Services and Asset Management corporation, working here you will gain exposure to a fantastic breadth of financially based commercial and commercial contracts work. In the department you will be working in very close proximity to the Head of Legal as part of a 3 person team with a tight-knit dynamic. Further high level exposure will come in the form of frequent collaboration with the 'group legal' team whose work extends to an international level across the entire conglomerate.

Your responsibilities will largely be focused around commercially based financial services work so experience in the FS and/or Asset Management space will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities will be focused around:

* Reviewing, negotiating and drafting a range of commercial contracts.
* Identification and management of legal risks within the organisation.
* Providing advice to the business on general corporate and commercial queries
* Offering general corporate support to the corporate governance and company secretariat
* Providing dedicated legal support to key strategic and regulatory projects

You will be a 2-4 PQE Solicitor with fantastic experience working in an FS/Finance space; this can be either in-house or private practice (in-house experience will be advantageous). Experience of negotiating contracts relating to investment management, regulated outsourcings and/or GDPR would be considered a significant advantage.
