JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED: 3+ years

LOCATION: Cornwall

SALARY: Excellent Hourly Rate

THE ROLE:

Joining at short notice you will become part of a busy team handling a wide range of Commercial Property matters to cover a period of permanent recruitment. You will take sole responsibility for a busy caseload relating to the sale and purchase of commercial premises, land transactions, landlord & tenant matters and transfers of property. This is an on going to role which may become permanent for the right Commercial Property Solicitor.

THE CANDIDATE:

The firm is keen to speak to you if you are a qualified Commercial Property Solicitor with in excess of 3 years experience of handling commercial real estate transactions. You will have experience of handling the full range of commercial property law, including contentious matters. To be successful you must be available to commence a new role immediately.
