Commercial Solicitor
This international law firm are seeking an experienced commercial solicitor to strengthen their commercial team based in their Bristol office. This commercial team is based between London and Bristol and you will be working on a commercial caseload of a London quality.
The Role
* Managing own caseload of commercial transactions for a range of sectors to include finance, asset management, TMT and life sciences.
* Advising both customers and suppliers in technology and outsourcing projects.
* GDPR audits and remediation.
* Working for an enviable client base who are mostly household names and blue chip companies.
The Person
* The ideal candidate will have between 3-6 PQE.
* Be able to manage a commercial caseload with minimal supervision.
* You will be able to show a good track record of academics and training.
* Demonstrable enthusiasm and drive for this area of law.
* Candidates from an inhouse background will be considered.
