Your new role

As the Finance Director, you will be a crucial part of the leadership team to ensure their position in the market. You'll be responsible for the P&L for the UK business and be providing insight and analysis on all new projects to enhance profitability and ROI. You will be proactive in setting targets for multiple business channels and be providing financial insights and advice to the CFO.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need to be a fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with commercial experience within beauty or a product related business and have a strong understanding of the challenges currently facing the retail industry. You will be an influential advisor who can develop and implement commercial strategic plans.
