Corporate Associate - International Law Firm, Isle of Man

Our client is one of the world's top 10 offshore law firms with a strong global reputation. They have close links with a number of leading onshore firms and, as a result, have a busy practice covering cross border transactions for clients around the world.

The firm's corporate team maintains a broad range of work, including M&A, joint ventures, IPOs, and reorganisations. With large offices in both the Channel Islands and Isle of Man, the firm is well positioned to take advantage of the busy market in the UK Crown Dependencies.

Due to continued growth, the firm is looking for a mid-level corporate associate to join it's Isle of Man office.

In order to be considered for this role you will:

• Be qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales, Scotland, or Northern Ireland with approximately 3-5 years' post qualification experience
• Have demonstrable expertise in one or more of the following areas: Mergers & Acquisitions; Joint Ventures; Corporate Reorganisations
• Be keen to develop a broad transactional skill set
