PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years

LOCATION: Cornwall - Home Based

SALARY: Fee Share Agreement

THE ROLE:

A new, exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Solicitor to take the reins of their career with a new and innovative firm. Taking sole responsibility of a commercial caseload you will carry out your own business development activities to build up and maintain your caseload. Once you are up and running you will be able to choose the files you work, the hours you work and, ultimately, the amount you earn. This is a great opportunity to undertake a role that can fit around your family commitments, where you will benefit directly from your own work.

THE CANDIDATE:

This role will best suit a Solicitor with in excess of 5 years experience. The firm will consider Solicitors with a background in any area of commercial law. You will have a well appointed home office, as well as excellent time management skills. Your application with really stand out if you are able to bring with you a following or a strong business plan.

PACKAGE:

The role does not offer a basic salary, instead it is offered with a generous fee share arrangement.
