The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will join a team of professionals ranked highly in the Legal 500, who have an excellent reputation for provided exceptional legal advice in this area of law. The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will assist on a range of real estate matters, working on behalf of an impressive client list and advising on acquisitions, sales and mortgages of residential properties for corporate entities. This role offers an excellent opportunity for the Commercial Property Solicitor to develop the breadth and variety of their knowledge working on a complex workload and to be involved in the further expansion of this office. THE COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:

The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will have at least two years of experience gained with real estate and will have ideally gained their experience at a leading city or regional practice. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will have gained good quality experience in their career so far reflecting in a strong knowledge and technical capability in the area of real estate. It is hoped that the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will have had some experience of business development and be keen to develop strong relationships with existing clients as well as attract new business.
