Financial Controller - £50,000 - £60,000 per annum - Kensington
Our client, a PE backed membership and leisure business based in Central London are currently recruiting for a Financial Controller to join their entrepreneurial team.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and responsibility for running the finance department and liaising with other departments on financial related matters.
Ensuring timely accurate and relevant financial information is distributed monthly to investors and the wider group.
Main duties
- Produce monthly management accounts and present these at monthly board meetings
- Responsibility for budgeting and cost control, including financial planning and forecasting
- Manage the finance team to ensure all functions, including sales and purchase ledgers, record keeping and cash reconciliations
- Produce financial accounts and liaise with auditors as required
- Implement controls around, and closely manage, the day-to-day expenditure of the company, including reviewing and negotiating supplier contracts
- Reconcile onshore and offshore accounts for multiple entities across the group
