Commercial Property Solicitor

Badenoch & Clark is looking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join a highly regarded law firm, based in their Bristol office. This is a great opportunity to work with national and regional clients. This is an opportunity to join this exciting Real Estate team that only deals with high quality work, due to the high standards that are set by the firm and department.

The Role:

The successful candidate will work as part of this firm that are ranked in the Legal 200. The candidate will work as an Associate in the very experienced and successful Real Estate team. The Real Estate team focuses on a wide range of high quality work including commercial landlord and tenant, development work, acquisition and disposals, financing and investment; regularly dealing with a broad range of some of the biggest national clients.

The Candidate:

The right candidate will have relevant experience in Real Estate, with at least 3 years PQE however, outstanding candidates with less experience will also be considered. You should have the ability to deliver excellent client care and services, with the client at the forefront of everything you do; with the ability to deal with a workload independently and with a team.
