Senior Contracts Manager - Globally Leading FinTech

This role involves the negotiation and ongoing management of the Company's commercial contracts including:

• licences;
• hosted solutions;
• software agreements, including SaaS.

The role is part of the global legal team, and will report into a senior counsel based in Belgium. However this role is likely to sit in with the C-suite, and day-to-day contact will be with Regional Sales Directors.

The role is initiially part-time, and the Company are flexible on the initial arrangement of hours/days. It is however envisioned that the role will grow in responsibility over time, and therefore may become full-time in future.

The ideal candidate for the role will be able to demonstrate the following:

• at least 3 years experience in contracts management, ideally in a management/leadership position;
• experience negotiating on software agreements, particularly hosted services agreements;
• experience and ability to comfortably deal with senior internal stakeholders.

Qualified solicitors will be considered for the role, however this is not a necessary requirement.
