JOB TITLE: In-house Finance Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED: 3+

LOCATION: Dusseldorf, Germany

SALARY: €80,000 - €100,000 + bonus - €16,000 - €20,000

THE ROLE:

A finance lawyer is required to join an energy company based in Dusseldorf, Germany. As part of a 35 strong legal team you will provide legal support across the group on a range of issues, including group financing, acquisition and project financing, asset management and currency trading. You will also be involved in the conception, preparation and negotiation of documents in the context of national and cross-border transactions and projects.

THE CANDIDATE:

Applicants for this position should be qualified lawyers with 4+ years experience in finance, gained either at a leading national or international law firm or in-house.

German language skills not necessary.
