Private Equity Solicitor

A leading city firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their Private Equity team on a 3-6 month FTC.

The successful applicant will be commercially astute, have in-depth knowledge of the private equity sector and experience advising on M&A transactions, refinancing, joint ventures and other corporate matters.

The role itself will involve working closely alongside talented partners, but also taking on significant responsibility when necessary and working on private equity transactions on both a domestic and cross border level - including acting for and advising significant investors and large management teams. These tasks are largely team centric so being able to slot quickly and seamlessly into the private equity dynamic team is essential.

The position is for 3-6 months and is due to start asap! Candidates available immediately or at short notice are encouraged to apply.
